To foster a spirit of unity, strength, and excellence through the sport of dragon boat paddling, empowering individuals to challenge their limits, build everlasting connections and achieve success both on and off the water.

Team Mandate
The Calgary Flying Dragons, Dragon Ladies and Fire Dragons will subscribe to a training mandate that lies between Level 2 and Level 3 The team will continue to have progressive coaching, year around training and will encourage all athletes to explore and participate in activities that encourage health , physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
